Funding Partners

Funding partners provide grants in support of land acquisition, land development, and home construction costs, in addition to homebuyer down-payment assistance and other needs. Grants involve commitments to build and sell homes to qualified buyers within specified criteria, such as homebuyer income ranges, special populations, and house design and geographic location, within the defined grant period.
